Shipping

We know you want your pieces ASAP—and we don’t blame you.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends & holidays). Once your order ships, you’ll get a confirmation email with tracking so you can stalk it (we all do it).

Shipping Rates
Keeping it simple:

  • $7.99 flat rate shipping
  • FREE shipping on orders over $100

Once shipped, your order should arrive within 3–7 business days. Delays can happen during busy seasons, but we promise it’s on the way.

Local Pickup (Free)
Local babes, we got you.

  • Select local pickup at checkout (it’s free 💅)
  • You’ll get an email with your pickup day + details once your order is ready
  • Please wait for that email before coming through

Heads up: If local pickup is selected by mistake, your order will need to be canceled and reordered with the correct shipping option. No exceptions here—just keeping things fair and organized.

Where We Ship
Right now, we ship within the United States only.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your order—but if it’s not hitting, we get it.

Return Window
You have 14 days from delivery to request a return.

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unworn
  • In original condition
  • With tags still attached

What Can’t Be Returned

  • Final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or personalized pieces

How to Start a Return
Email us at hello@shopbleacherbabe.com with your order number + reason for return, and we’ll take it from there.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable method—once it leaves your hands, it’s on the carrier.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if it’s approved.
If it is, your refund will be issued back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges
Need a different size or item?
Place a new order and send the original back—fastest way to get what you want.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If something’s off, we’ll fix it.

Email us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@shopbleacherbabe.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the issue
