How long does it take to process my order?
We process orders within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends & holidays). Once it ships, you'll get tracking so you can keep tabs on it 👀
Can I change or cancel my order?
We move fast—so once your order is placed, changes or cancellations aren't guaranteed.
If you need help, email us ASAP at hello@shopbleacherbabe.com and we'll do our best.
I entered the wrong address—what do I do?
Email us immediately. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we can try to update it.
If it's already shipped, we unfortunately can't make changes.

How much is shipping?
- $7.99 flat rate
- FREE on orders over $100
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States 🇺🇸
How long does shipping take?
Once your order ships, it typically arrives within 3–7 business days.
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes! Local babes can select free pickup at checkout.
You'll get an email with your pickup day + details when your order is ready—please wait for that before coming.
I selected local pickup by mistake—what now?
No worries, it happens—but your order will need to be canceled and placed again with the correct shipping option.
Returns
What's your return policy?
You have 14 days from delivery to request a return.
Items must be:
- Unworn
- In original condition
- With tags attached
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Yes—customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Can I return custom or personalized items?
No. All custom and personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Because these pieces are made specifically for you, we're unable to accept them back for any reason—including sizing issues or preference changes. Please double-check all details before placing your order.

How do I start a return?
Email hello@shopbleacherbabe.com with your order number + reason for return, and we'll guide you through it.
When will I get my refund?
Once we receive and approve your return, refunds are issued within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Do you offer exchanges?
We don't do direct exchanges—just place a new order and return the original item.
